BDH - York, Johnny Gosden and the week ahead...

The flat season effortlessly rolls from the tights curves of the Roodee to the flat sweeping turns of the Knavesmire, with York's Dante meeting taking center-stage over the next few days.

​​​​​​​I've a busy week ahead on the full BDH service, with the following penciled in for analysis...

Wednesday (York)

2.20 - 1m2.5f Handicap (Trends) | 2.55 - 6f Handicap (Trends)

Thursday (York)

2.20 - 5f Handicap (Trends) | 3.30 - Dante Stakes (Full coverage)

Friday (York)

3.30 - Yorkshire Cup (Full coverage) | 4.05 - Jorvik Stakes (Possible Trends)

Saturday (Newbury)

3.30 - Lockinge Stakes (Full coverage)


And I've also just posted the first BDH Squad members for the 2017 season, one of whom came from the 'wrong side' in Saturday's Victoria Cup whilst the other was running a blinder from a poor draw at Chester last Thursday.

Both horses I'd be confident of picking up profits from in the coming weeks/months.

Things are really starting to pick up now and with NTF put to bed for the summer months I'm full steam ahead for the flat game...




Heading back to the York action, however, I've one man who it should pay to keep a close eye on over the three days...


John Gosden at the York Dante Festival...


Yes, big Johnny G is a fairly regular visitor to the Knavesmire for Dante week and he has a particularly eye-catching record under the following conditions...

Which, since 2011, has returned the following figures...

He looks to be sending a decent team up to York for this years festival and you'd be disappointed should he not return with a few more winners tucked under his arm, especially with the form his team currently find themselves in (11 from 37 last 14 days). 

Indeed one of those winners was the enigmatic WESTERN HYMN, who was highlighted by myself in my full Ormonde Stakes analysis guide that went to BDH members last week at Chester (guide attached with this email).
