BDH is back!!
Well for this weekend anyway!
Yes the 2017 flat season roars fully into action this weekend and with the jumping game currently trudging
through backwater that is the Cheltenham/Aintree void I thought it was as good a time as any to fire up NTF's little sister Badly Drawn Horse (BDH).
Today I'm taking you on a quick-fire drill down of the 22 runner Lincoln handicap.
It's a great 'Trends sighter' race for me, allowing me to spark the flat analysis side of my brain into life, reminding it that shortly he will have to take over from
the jumping side of my brain and get some serious work done, after a winter of pretty much permanent hibernation!
I've made some subtle changes to my own Trends approach over the last couple of months, changes that have been
fully endorsed by the NTF massive, and I'll be employing the same modified approach throughout this summer on the flat, starting, of course, with this here Lincoln...
I won't really be getting stuck into the flat game until around Guineas time (I mean there is still Aintree, Fairyhouse, Ayr, Sandown & Punchestown to come over the
sticks!!) but the Lincoln is always worth at least a cursory glance, if only to start getting the old eye in...
There has been plenty money for the Roger Charlton trained YUFTEN but I'm being led elsewhere by my
trends...
Happy Punting
Ben (BDH)
