Epsom hold their annual pre-Derby jolly this morning in the shape of their Breakfast With The Stars, something that’s surely more beneficial for trainer, jockey and horse than it is for us punters, but nevertheless it whets the Derby appetite and signifies that we need to get serious with our study for the big one.
