An old warrior we can cash in on when the mud starts to fly...

Published: Tue, 10/13/15

Chepstow kicked this National Hunt season into gear in fine fashion this weekend with their new two day mini-festival, well supported by a number of the major players of the jumping game.

Not only did the weekend action give me plenty to tuck into for this week's 'What We learned From The weekend' post, it also allowed me to produce TEN PAGES of 'Weekend Notes' for full NTF members...

This weeks 'What We learned from the Weekend' post looks at ...

1. A novice that will surely prove to be a BEAST over fences this term (+ a look at his trainer's form)

2. A young jockey that has picked up exactly where he left off from last season

3. A seasoned handicapper that we could well profit from once the mud starts to fly

This was a real weekend of racing to get us National Hunt lovers fired up for the season ahead and I'm already itching to get some more full race analysis produced for members.

It was also great to hear some of you taking advantage of the Munster National analysis I produced on Sunday.

I only managed E/W returns on The Paparazzi Kid (4th) but seems a fair few of you just stuck with the three at the top of my figures and cashed in big style!

Including Mike F, who emailed me with...

"Decided to just stick E/W bets on the 3 that topped your figures for the Munster National, all double-figure prices and finished 1st, 4th and 5th!! Lovely returns and brilliant analysis. Loverly!!"

Well done Mike!
