Free NTF Guide: 2013/14 NH 'To Follow' List - An Alternative 20 to keep in mind

Good morning guys

Today I have another brilliant FREE NTF guide for you all; my own '20 to follow' for the 2013/14 National Hunt season.

I've taken a slightly different tact to most of the other 'to follow' lists out there and delved a bit deeper into the training ranks and looked past the obvious trio of Mullins, Henderson and Nicholls. Clearly this threesome will win a vast amount of races this season but the truth is most of their decent runners will appear in the top races and by default they will be covered in my full membership analysis guides anyway; there was no point in including them in a 'to follow' list as we will get to know them all pretty well through the members race guides. Instead I wanted to look for runners that had perhaps skipped under the radar of the mainstream and, in some way, would provide a bit of value for us.

In pulling together this guide I also managed to source some EXCLUSIVE comments from a couple of the trainers regarding the specific horse of theirs that I had selected for my list...

Here is a little sneaky peak for you...

"He will be aimed at 2 mile chases. I think he will be a serious horse over a fence, we are very excited about getting him on the track once the soft ground comes - We will take it run to run and hope he stays sound but I would like to aim him for a big race"

But which trainer is that and who exactly is he talking about?

There are runners in the list from the '2nd tier' of the jumping game (Hobbs, King, McCain...) but I have also looked into some of the emerging yards and lesser lights and included runners from the likes of Fergal O'Brien, Lucy Wadham, George Moore, Anthony Honeyball and Andy Crook, runners that may not be familiar to a lot of you but whom I think can make an impact this coming National Hunt season...
