Just over a week to go; The final countdown is almost upon us...
Today on NTF we move swiftly onto the next in the series of my 'NTF Festival Files'. We have covered the Champion trainers on both this sides of the Irish Sea so now it's time to move on to the trainer that smashed all others out of the water last year; NICKY HENDERSON.
Henderson left them all for dust last season and heads there again this year with plenty of ammo at his disposal....
Henderson's overall strike-rate at the past 6 festivals is fairly average (8%) although backing all his runners would have netted you a profit (+£19.10). Once we start digging we can easily improve the Henderson strike-rate and home in on some tasty PROFITABLE AREAS
. There are also areas where he records pretty paltry 0% (0/46) & 1% (1/68) strike-rates!!
But what are these profitable areas and where should we be treading a bit more carefully with the Henderson mob?
