22 days until the Festival! Wow! Now the studying really starts to get serious!!

Today on NTF brings the start of a new set of articles I have christened 'NTF Festival Files'. Regular readers of NTF will know I love my stats and the Festival is a place I can really get stuck in on that score.

As far as festival jockeys go there really is one guy who stands head and shoulders above the rest: step forward Mr Ruby Walsh. With that in mind it was an easy decision where to start with my Festival Files....

Ruby has an overall strike-rate of 19% at the last 6 festivals but with a few tweaks we can enhance that to 25%, 39% and even 46%!! There are also areas where he only has 13% or even 7% strike-rates. But where are these hot and cold spots??
