I've been burning the midnight oil like a good 'un over the past couple of weeks, providing full NTF members with individual race analysis every day for next week's Cheltenham Festival.
Today it was the turn of the Ultima Handicap Chase and I settled on one that is currently trading at double figures...
To get your hands on that analysis as well as all the other analysis I've already provided, plus what is still to come over the next ten days and more, simply slide along to the following page...
In this latest pre-festival mailshot I thought I'd do my usual and share my Boodles Juvenile Handicap Hurdle analysis with you guys, a bit of trends digging into the race that has quick and fast become my slippery
nemesis!!!
In fairness it's probably one of the trickiest races to master over the 4 days, with six of the last nine winners returning at 25/1 (x2), 33/1 (x3) & 40/1, albeit the last couple have been a little 'easier' to find, both going off at single figure SP's.
I've done similar analysis for you guys the last couple of years, just missing out on ultimate money-shot two years back when my 33-1 poke COKO BEACH was gunned down after the last by BAND OF OUTLAWS! 😣
No denying that when it comes to tricky Cheltenham Festival puzzles this one is bang up there!
There are currently 28 still entered for the race, so to try and cut that down to a manageable shortlist I used the following trends...
12/12 yet to run at track
12/12 Irish, French or German bred (also a negative to come from a GB bred dam)
12/12 Didn't run in a Maiden last time out
11/12 WON or beaten MORE than 15L (but completed race) last time out (Diego Du Charmil the exception, who was making his first UK start after moving from France)
11/12 1+ previous UK/Ire career wins (Diego Du Charmil again the exception)
11/12 DSLR 54 or less (Diego Du Ch...aah, you know where I'm going with this!)
