Perhaps one of the most 'unfortunate' runners of the weekend was the Colin Tizzard trained WHITE MOON.
He looked to be cruising along to victory before getting the last wrong and knuckling on landing in the Desert Orchid Silver Cup at Wincanton.
The 7yo was running for the first time after a wind-op and Colin Tizzard is a trainer you definitely want on your side under those circumstance, particularly when the following parameters are met...
Colin Tizzard | First run after a wind-op | Fields of 10 or less | 5 or less starts in the past year
...where his runners are...
10/20 | 50% S/R | +£92.19 BFLSP – W&P 14/20 | 70% S/R
...if White Moon had stayed on his feet I’d be pretty sure he’d have added another win to that angle.
I produce in-depth notes for NTF Members each and every Monday of the National Hunt season, with the notes sometimes running to 16 pages+ (the latest run to ten pages). Essentially there is no upper end to the notes, it's pretty much just when my brain empties!
Having the knowledge to know when to avoid certain runners is just as important as knowing when to get the money down and that's just one of many reasons why I spend so many hours compiling my own race/horse notes.
The NTF Weekend Notes are some of the most comprehensive racing notes you will find ANYWHERE and are a fantastic addition to any serious or part-time punters portfolio, especially if you don't have the time to construct such detailed notes yourself...
